You might be wondering about the odd title, ‘Meet Rathish v3.0′ on this site. Well, just like you and I have phases in life, even this site had gone through some phases. I had leased this site way back in 2008 as a birthday gift to myself (and also to keep myself updated in Web designing). It had been lying idle due to procrastination for about an year till I decided to write something about myself. So I took time, wrote about myself, created some pages here and there, linked them together and created a web site. More than a site, it actually looked like a bunch of pages that put together my resumè online 
. Nevertheless, that completed the first phase of this site
Everyone have great ideas popping through their minds once in a while. Just like you or that smart chick (or guy) you had been checking out 
earlier have it, even I had one popping up. Working for an average of 12-15 hours a day and being on call of duty 24/7, life was monotonous by mid 2010. This was the time when that idea popped up. I thought, if I can spend the same amount of time and work hard for myself, I could be a Billionaire! As they say, an idea can change your life… I resigned from my job, stashed all my savings and headed to do something that I loved the most – making money, err, Stock trading! Needless to say, that ended up as a disaster. However, during that time I managed to refurbish my site and made it a blog-site, to chronicle my day to day activities. This was the second phase of this site.
Yeah, you got it right, you are really smart! The third phase of this site is nothing but meeting the next phase of Rathish, that’s myself. I got a new job, in a very good company (IBM) and got married to a beautiful woman. Life is looking great! Writing has been my passion. More than writing, may be it is my passion to open up my mind that fuels the survival of this site. Feel free to browse through the site. Picture perfect moments captured in frames are placed in ‘My Photos’. Events that more than a single frame needs YouTube My Videos showcases a few of those events.

<!–[endif]–> years that I purchased this site it was on July 1st, 2009 that I had decided to write something about myself. Apart from major change in web designing technologies used these days, the evil of procrastination had caught me up. After taking the foundation step, the site was stable for about an year. As they say, even a 1000 mile journey starts with a single step!
